By registering for and using Odyssey Transportation's student transportation services at odyssey-transportation.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Odyssey Transportation provides school bus transportation services for enrolled students. Services include route assignment, stop scheduling, and SMS notification services for parents and guardians.

3. SMS Notifications

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the registration form at odyssey-transportation.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Odyssey Transportation (operated by Caraway Consulting Services LLC) regarding:

• Bus delays and route changes
• Schedule updates and service alerts
• Payment reminders and billing notices
• General transportation service communications

Message frequency varies based on route activity and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, contact us directly.

For help, reply HELP or submit a support ticket through your dashboard.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service enrollment. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of enrolled students.
• Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice.
• Overdue accounts may result in suspension of transportation services.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Odyssey Transportation.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your contact information up to date
• Ensuring your student(s) are at the designated stop on time
• Notifying us of any changes to your subscription needs
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise arranged.

7. Limitation of Liability

Odyssey Transportation is not liable for delays, route changes, or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. SMS delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and we cannot guarantee delivery of all messages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
